Ope, this place was just a gem for a quick stay! Staff were super friendly, and I loved the cozy room. Breakfast was a treat with eggs and fresh fruit, ya know? One bummer was the TV didn't work, but they made it right with a free bottle of wine!

Staff was great and helpful. They changed our room upon request as too close to the toilets. Breakfast was ok.
Fosshotel mosfell is a very basic accommodation and rooms urgently need refurbishment.

Great-sized rooms with very comfy beds with spectacular views. Perfect and favourable location, on the ring road. Close enough to Iceland for reasonable price, Hella bus stop, gas station and grocery store and the restaurant Arhus.

Good location, on route 1, close to a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was fine, the staff were very friendly.
Horrible rooms, so small that if you stand in the middle of the room you can actually touch both walls from both sides. Bathroom and toilets were uncomfortable, we could hear in our room every water flush from the toilets in the end of the corridor. The rooms look like they were designed somewhere in the 60s and never been renovated.

The floor was sticky, and the shower had hair in it-gross! I honestly expected an upgrade or something special since i was clearly a much classier guest than the rest. Fairly sure most of the 'legendary' aspects are just a fabrication. Don't be fooled by their old pictures, this place is a desaster.

The location in a college town was excellent and stunning. Got the same newly decorated and decent sized triple room with a shower booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not experienced.

Check-in was quick, and my room was large with plenty of storage. The shower had good hot water, and daily cleaning was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff was super accommodating with a late-night dinner setup. A fantastic stay!

Spacious common areas with comfortable seating.
Our experience was a nightmare when we arrived and found out our reservation was canceled due to overbooking. We were abruptly moved to a different accommodation without any regard for our plans, which ruined our entire trip. The lack of responsive customer service only added to our frustration.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be expanded for kids.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the cozy room and the unexpected outdoor lounge area where I relaxed with a book. The wellness spa and heated pool were fantastic for winding down after a day of exploring. The only bummer was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin the fun 🌊

Staff were friendly and accommodating, great to use the common dining room for dinner when our room wasn't suitable. The beds were comfortable, and the room maintained a warm atmosphere despite a slightly outdated decor. Conveniently located next to a gas station and supermarket, it serves as a solid base for exploring the region. The presence of some electrical issues and a non-functional TV detracted from the experience.
